Mail Order Shoe Repair in Three Easy Steps:

The details:

• Please send your footwear to our address below. Be sure to include your name, return address, email and telephone number in the package with your shoes.

• As soon as we receive your footwear at the shop, we will contact you to discuss your repair order. At this time, we will need your credit card information for payment. We now accept E-Transfers for our Canadian Customers!

• Return Shipping and Handling Costs per package (try to pack as many shoes in one box as you can!):

  • Greater Vancouver (including up to Pemberton and to Hope): $25

  • Sunshine Coast and Okanagan Region: $30

  • Vancouver Island: $35

  • Rest of British Columbia, Alberta, and Yukon: $40

  • North West Territories and Nunavut: $60

  • Rest of Canada: $45

  • USA: $60

  • Repair orders exceeding $350 qualify for FREE return shipping within Canada.

  • We charge Flat Rates to keep Administration Costs as low as possible and to reduce waiting time on shipments.

• We use major courier companies and Canada Post's Expedited parcel service with insurance and tracking for all our shipping in North America. (Clients outside of North America would need to arrange for, pay for, and use their own preferred shipping method.)

If you would like a price quote before sending your footwear in for repair, please e-mail us a detailed description of the repairs needed as well as some pictures to: info@quickcobbler.com. However, without seeing your footwear 'live' in the shop we can only give you a best-guess estimated ballpark rough idea of the cost.

IMPORTANT - To hopefully avoid customs charges when sending us footwear for repair from OUTSIDE of Canada, you will need to write this note clearly on your package:

“USED FOOTWEAR FOR REPAIR. NO COMMERCIAL VALUE”
